Anatomy help, anyone? Blechslghfkd :/

Okayy, so I need some serious help with my anatomy. I was going through one of my old sketchbooks and looking at some of the stuff. It was, in a word, disturbing. Does anyone have tips/tricks/etc.? I know you can't really make an anatomy guide (rofl) and that it comes from practice, but still. Urgh. And I seriously can't draw bangs for my life. It's depressing.

I'm going on a two-week vacation in a few days, so I'm hoping to upload one more drawing before I go.
